About
It can be easy to forget that we are part of larger ecosystems that are always at work. Hear from Claudia Peck (RISD MLA 2025, Landscape Architecture) about her installation Passive Pollination on Benefit Street in front of the museum. Peck’s work puts a critical ecological process—pollination—in the foreground of a landscape that includes mostly pavement and brick. Passive Pollination was awarded the museum 2023 Dorner Prize, an annual juried competition that invites RISD student artists and designers to create site-specific proposals that engage the public.
